RETURNS & REFUNDS
At My Glamour Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us using our Contact Us form and our team will be happy to assist.
Unopened Products
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval by My Glamour Shop.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued for the purchase price of the product only, excluding any original shipping charges.
Opened Products
Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Us form. Please include your order number and photographs where applicable.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on opened products.
Discretionary Requests
Any refund or replacement request not related to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of My Glamour Shop.
